In the third of our posts on our Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Practice Standards Scheme (PSS), Small Animal General Practice accreditation, another of the areas that the assessor was impressed with, was our high standard of customer service and our unique membership only clinic.

Here are some of the comments that the assessor fed back to us about our provision of best service:

We are particularly pleased with this feedback as customer service is something that we are passionate about and continuously strive to ensure that all of our clients have a good experience when they visit us with their feline companions. All new clients get a comprehensive introduction to Cat’s Whiskers and are invited to have a behind the scenes tour of the clinic, to see where what happens when their cats stay with us. They also get a personal introduction to the clinic from one of our experienced non-clinical team members. Pictured, is our Office Manager Louise (on the left) taking to time to explain the ethos of Cat’s Whiskers to a new client and ensuring that her cat goes onto the correct lifestyle membership plan.
