Thomas & Toby Evans ...

We have recently had a few visits from some very handsome and special boys…Thomas and Toby. Their Mum had some very kind words to say

“We registered our cats, Thomas and Toby, at Cat’s Whiskers on the recommendation of a friend and we are so glad we did. Within a week Toby had been taken ill and required an operation. Amanda and Kelly could not have been more helpful or sympathetic towards both us and our ailing cat and the whole procedure went smoothly and successfully. Although it has to be said that Toby is taking a while to get used to his buster collar. Perhaps I should not have told him he looks like he has just stepped off the set of Cranford, complete with a rather fetching bonnet.
The team at Cat’s Whiskers are more than just friendly in a professional manner. We really get the sense that they love their job and take a great deal of satisfaction in discovering more about the differing personalities of the animals in their care. Our cats don’t seem to mind being taken to the vets anymore, which is just as well as Toby has been to visit three times in his short acquaintance with them.

We received a welcome pack with plenty of information to read through on joining and a greetings card arrived for us in the post soon after that. And Toby got a get well soon card on discharge too. If he hadn’t got his collar on, there is no doubt he would have registered his gratitude in the customary manner, by chewing the corners. Never minds, Toby, the days will soon pass.

If I may allude to the aspect of money, the prices are more than reasonable so we know we won’t have to worry about that aspect when Thomas or Toby show signs of illness leaving us free to concentrate on what is really important; the cats themselves.

In closing, all I can say is that I wish we had listened to my friend’s advice sooner and swapped when she first told me about the new ‘cats only’ vet on the block. Oh well, better late than never.”
