I wanted to let you know about my visit to the surgery last Wednesday to collect Homers food.
I always find your staff helpful and kind, but the young lady who was on duty (4pm) was particularly helpful. (Sam)
I explained I had a painful back condition, and she revised my appointment to fit in with some treatment I’m receiving (so that carrying the food wouldn’t exacerbate my pain), and helped he to my car with Homer.
Please pass on my thanks-again to this nurse, her kindness was appreciated.
